Director / Actress Shailla Quadra
This week I caught up with Actress turned Director Shailla Quadra after her recent success in the New York Film Festival with her film 'Brad Fitt Will Be Mine' which I was apart of.
Not only did the film get great reviews but Shailla also took out the Best Actress Award.
Shailla studied the craft of acting at various highly respected entities around the globe, with a variety of highly renowned coaches, including the reputable Ivana Chubbuck herself. Also taking time out in America to study full-time at the TVI Actors Studio in New York.
She is also a trained and experienced film-maker these days, after having completed intensive courses at the Australian Film Base under the direction of Australia's respected Director / Producer Colm Murdoch.
